So, I read this great, fun, motivational book called "Run Like a Mother" by Dimity McDowell and Sarah Bowen Shea and they totally inspired me to get off the couch and run. Like these two ladies say in their book, running is the perfect get-right-to-it workout for moms who don't have a lot of time (or money) but want to get a good workout in.
And then I went on cool running.com and their Couch to 5k Training Plan and I thought, I can actually do this. It's mostly walking and jogging so that you can get yourself (re: your BODY) ready to run.
I'll let you know how I progress. In the mean time, here are some totes cutes running gear I might have to get.
Fuel belt hydration station hand-held water bottle.Gapfit running jacket.
Gapfit running capris.
Gapfit running tank.
iPod Nano for my tunes.
Nike LunarEclipse+ 2 shoes.
RRS Sun Buster Hat
I mean, how could I not?
xoxo
